For stays less than 30 nights in length
To hold your reservation, the following are required:
1) the completed online form
2) a payment equal to at least 1 night for suite(s), twin bed(s) (if applicable) and parking spot(s) (if applicable)*
* if arrival is within 30 days, a payment equal to the grand total is required
To guarantee your reservation, the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received 21 days before your arrival date, suite(s) will be offered to requests on the waiting list. No invoice or reminder will be provided.
If you are reserving a parking spot(s), we require the color, year, make, model and license plate of the vehicle parking in the spot(s). We provide to our towing company the vehicle information that will park in the spot(s). They are instructed to tow immediately if the vehicle information does not match what we have provided.
Cancellations must be made via email or fax. To receive a refund of payments made minus a $100 cancellation fee, cancellation must be more than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in no refund, but may result in a credit that can be used towards a future reservation. Exception: Reservations made for holiday periods and/or for more than 1 suite require cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival for refund of payments made minus a $100 cancellation fee.
For stays of 30 nights or more
To hold your reservation, the following are required:
1) the completed online form
2) a payment equal to at least $500 per suite*
* if arrival is within 30 days, a payment equal to at least 1 month for apartment(s), twin bed(s) (if applicable) and parking spot(s) (if applicable) is required
To guarantee your reservation, payments equal to the monthly rate are due 30 days prior to the beginning of each monthly term. If the balance or next monthly rate is not received 30 days before your arrival date, suite(s) will be offered to requests on the waiting list. No invoice or reminder will be provided.
If you are reserving a parking spot(s), we require the color, year, make, model and license plate of the vehicle parking in the spot(s). We provide to our towing company the vehicle information that will park in the spot(s). They are instructed to tow immediately if the vehicle information does not match what we have provided.

Damage Deposit
A $500 damage deposit per suite using your credit card will be held (not charged) until 48 hours after your departure. Charges will only occur if the suite(s) and premises are not left in the same condition as it were upon arrival. This policy does not refer to normal wear and tear or the cleaning/laundry service that is included with your stay. You will be charged at least $50 per suite for cleaning beyond normal range and $35 for each set of keys (including the laundry key) not left on the kitchen countertop upon departure.
Any damage or stolen items caused by you or any member of your group that will result in loss of your security deposit will be presented via email. If damages exceed $500, you will be responsible for all additional costs associated with repairs or replacement.
We will request your credit card details about 1 week prior to your arrival if we do not have a credit card already on file from payments made. At check-in, we require one form of identification and the credit card that you provided.
No Smoking
Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building and within 15 feet of the building�s entrance and exit (State of Illinois law). If you violate this policy, you and all members of your group will be required to vacate immediately. All payments applied will be forfeited. Upon departure, any signs (cigarette butts, cigarette packaging, etc.) or smell of smoke in the suite(s) will result in the automatic loss of your entire security deposit.
Maximum Occupancy
You should not permit the property to be occupied beyond maximum occupancy, as indicated by you when indicating the number of adults, kids and pets when completing the reservation form. Violation of this will result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. The hosting of parties in the home, on decks or anywhere else on the property beyond the maximum occupancy is a violation.
Noise
You assure that you and all individuals who occupy the property will conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful & inoffensive to the neighbors, both in the home and near the home. You will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors in any way, or will use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordinance, or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. You and/or members of your party who violate this will be required to vacate the property immediately; all monies applied and damage deposit will be forfeited.
Access Rights
Any person associated with Fremont Place of Chicago is granted access to your suite(s) for the purpose of maintenance and/or upkeep of the property or suspicion of lease violations. Example: Smoking or illegal substances, violation to occupancy.
